As a software suite, TestDrive supports the entire test process and can be integrated into existing CRM and ERP systems via interfaces.
Our customers use TestDrive for self-checks, location assessments, performance comparisons, placement tests, psychotests and certification, or for strict tests.
The primary users of TestDrive include companies, schools and the state (departments of education). The secondary users, or candidates, are employees, students, partners, potential employees and customers.
TestDrive is delivered without content. Our customers develop tasks and tests independently or use the services of our content partners. The areas of application include:
- general decentralized knowledge acquisition, storage and transfer
- product training
- process training
- compliance management
- IT user training
- recruitment
- certification
- psychotest
- e-academy
- knowledge games etc.
TestDrive is completely browser-based. From test creation and test organization to test execution and evaluation, all users involved can work with TestDrive from different locations.
Tasks can be generated template-based with a few mouse clicks based on objects such as text, images, audio, video & html canvas. The WYSIWYG task editor, as easy to use as Microsoft Word, allows authors to easily capture and post-edit tasks.
Thanks to a variety of different task types such as simple input field, multiple choice, fill in the blank, bulleted list, matching, drag & drop and hotspot, TestDrive-based tests are versatile, fun and exciting.
Authors create and manage tasks and tests independently. Test organizers manage users, plan executions with or without repetitions and have access to evaluations. The certificates are displayed either to the organizer or to the candidate directly after the test. Data export functions enable the further processing of results from calibrations and tests in Microsoft Excel and SPSS.
Access to the individual tests is via tokens or test codes that are valid once. Test aborts due to browser crashes or Internet connection problems are intercepted by TestDrive: when returning, the candidate automatically ends up with the last task they solved.
TestDrive supports several test algorithms such as B. sequential, randomized, increasing degree of difficulty, adaptive, always with or without consideration of sub-areas and the submission of a subset or all tasks of a test.
The level of difficulty of the tests automatically adjusts to the candidate's performance, based on probabilistic test theory. This avoids over- or under-challenging the candidate, and the fun factor increases. Test efficiency also increases: Adaptive tests halve the time required to determine a competency by 50% compared to classic tests.
- Fewer tasks are required to measure candidate competency.
- In the time available, competence measurements can be refined (more depth).
- Enormous savings can be realized with large numbers of candidates (e.g. when testing employees during working hours).
TestDrive supports you in determining the scientific parameters of the tasks, such as degree of difficulty and selectivity. The product supports compliance with psychometric specifications and relieves the logistics. The adaptive calibration algorithm allows the automated calibration of new tasks in the context of strict tests. The standard interface to SPSS allows efficient system-external scientific evaluations.
The system enables the administration of results of competences that cannot be verified online, e.g. B. Writing prompts, project work, oral assessments, grades, etc. and the template-based generation of corresponding certificates and references at the push of a button.
TestDrive enables performance comparisons between candidates and groups. The development of performance over several test repetitions can be assessed by means of dynamic comparisons.
TestDrive has a comprehensive user management system. Various user groups such as authors and candidates as well as locations, departments and managers in the corporate environment or schools, teachers and classes in the school environment can be managed.
Functionalities and access can be flexibly switched on or off for the different user types.
User acceptance was the top priority when designing TestDrive. In order to ensure intuitive operation without any training effort, the operation and the look and feel were based on Microsoft products. The authoring system corresponds to the user interface of Office 2024.
TestDrive is built using modern, enterprise-grade technologies based on the Microsoft ecosystem, with a secure and scalable architecture and reliable database management. The platform supports seamless integration with other systems and is continuously improved using the latest technology standards.
Maximize your resources with an e-testing solution that grows with you. Our model eliminates high upfront infrastructure costs, allowing you to pay based on actual usage. Whether you are conducting a few hundred or several hundred thousand measurements, TestDrive adapts to your budget and organizational scale without compromising on performance.
